Designed for absolute rigidity, the RM rigid coupling connects two shafts securely, without room for misalignments or flexibility. It incorporates a taper bore design, where taper fit bushes ensure a snug and secure fit on both driving and driven shafts, simplifying both installation and removal processes.
With a taper bore bush, the Rigid RM couplings provide seamless, quick, and efficient shaft connections. Offering a wide range of shaft sizes, the male flange allows the bush installation from either the hub side (H) or the flange side (F), while the female flange requires bush fitting from the flange side (F) only. This setup provides two assembly options-HF and FF-for horizontal shafts, choose the most convenient setup. For vertical shafts, opt for the FF assembly exclusively, ensuring operational reliability.
