Our locking assemblies are expertly installed internally, positioned between the shaft and the hub. They boast a sophisticated design, which can include configurations of two, three, or four rings. Options may feature top, bottom, and outer rings, or perhaps inner, outer, rear, and front rings, providing flexibility and superior performance.
By utilizing a torque wrench to tighten the locking screws, the rings are drawn together seamlessly. This process compresses the inner ring onto the shaft while simultaneously urging the outer ring outward into the hub, establishing a robust friction-fit press connection. This secure fit is capable of withstanding exceptionally high forces, making it perfect for both light and heavy-duty applications.
