Our Locking Assemblies are strategically installed internally between the shaft and hub. They showcase versatile designs featuring configurations of two, three, or four rings, including top, bottom, and outer rings, or inner, outer, rear, and front rings for optimal customization.
By expertly tightening the locking screws with a torque wrench, the rings converge, compressing the inner ring onto the shaft while expanding the outer ring into the hub. This process applies pressure within the hub, securing it to the shaft with a friction-fit press connection capable of withstanding exceptionally high forces, making it an ideal choice for both light and heavy-duty applications.
